I have advanced cancer, am unemployed and terminal, so you might think that my case would be expedited.

I was assigned somebody named Maxwell, who has never reached out by letter or by phone and does not accept phone calls.

So, even though I was awarded disability benefits, I cannot receive them or humane medical treatment because I can't get a PERC interview.

The only thing worse than my position would be to actually be a social security case worker. I'd hate to have all that blood on my hands and stand before God on judgement day.

I just wanted to give a well deserved compliment to Ms. Rollins at your Greenville, TX location. First off, she answered the phone! I was shocked as that is rarely heard of when dealing with any issue around Social Security questions, requests, information, etc.
From then on Ms. Rollins was courteous, helpful, had a very warm and helpful tone and feel to her delivery. I was pleasantly surprised since the stigma that is out there in regards with having to "deal with" the Social Security office. Ms. Rollins and I had a low stress conversation, she provided seamless and clear instructions to follow, and we even shared a laugh or two.
It's just nice and refreshing when something you've been dreading ends up turning into a simple process due to having someone like Ms. Rollins there to help you out.
So, whoever needs to see this, please acknowledge her. Ms. Rollins only showed the utmost respect to me and my inquiry. I could hear her smile through the phone. And she deserves the acknowledgement.
NICE WORK

Respectfully;
Amber Way

Hello,
I applied for spouse benefits on 3/02/2018. I was told 6 to 8 weeks. It has been 6 months. Nothing yet. Is something wrong?
Thanks for your help.
