Just so you know. I have been fighting you, with professional help, for over a year. When I could apply for MC, Covid was in full strength. I waited past the time I should have been accepted. You were all working from home(so you said) and couldn’t give us extensions to talk to only one person. You have been rude and hateful for the entire time.
