Overall rating of this office:Take a tip from me and don't let Carol take your application unless you want to wait weeks longer than anyone else and waste your time calling to check to see if anything was wrong and leaving 4 messages for her that were never returned or acknowledged. I was told by a supervisor that she would call me after four o'clock one day and she never did. Another government employee that doesn't have to do her job and can't be fired.

I need to make an appointment. it is critical. I have tried to reach you by phone for 2 months. I am supposed to retire march 24th. I have not heard a word from social security please contact me. ive tried all possible contacts with all social security offices.
