need to find out if i can apply for supplemental benifits will be having sugery on my ankle and be off work for 4 to 6 months with no income and need to pay bills while in recovery

I am a Caseworker for APS who was trying to assist a Client with retirement benefits and information. I spoke to a Mrs. Boley who provided no assistance and was extremely rude to both myself and the Client. The SS Office staff should provide assistance to those seeking it and not make the process more difficult for our elderly. I am very disappointed in the customer service at this particular location.
