Overall rating of this office:It is so sad how they stop your check and after you submit the corrected information, they take their own sweet time inputting the information into the computer. Its been 6 MONTHS and I didn't receive my check because it hasn't been corrected in the computer by them. WHY? I need my money and sleepying on the floor because Leonard Burn will not update the information from my 2014 taxes which has been amended and corrected for almost 6 months. REALLY?

I’m facing exactly the same problem with my 2014! Tax RTN.
They refuse to update records & are very rude, I was yelled at by Ms CHUNG & Ms MAI my Case Mgr. was prompting another oriental lady not accept my 2014 RTN , which was filled in 2014
Totally disgusting, their tactics are to delay and deny.
