.I experienced the rudest lady ever. I am getting conflicting information
I have been calling for 1 hr - every time I get transferred the line disconnects. I need to schedule an appt. about disability benefits.
at 16200 Dillard Dr.
not happy
when is the best time to call
I came in to file for my retirement benefits. I had a wait period to be seen by a benefits specialist. That person was extremely helpful and got me through the process with ease. I returned with my wife a year later to help her sign up for her benefits and again the process moved seamlessly. The staff at the Dillard location are very friendly and helpful. Never having experience with the SSA I was very satisfied with how well the process moved and results were better than expected.
My mother passed away. I need to know what I have to do in regards to her SS benefits. Can this be done online? If I need to be present in the office, is an appointment needed? What kind/s of documents do I need?
I have been trying to make an Appointment for the past 2 months, When I call, I am put on Hold for 50 minutes. And After 50 mins the line Hangs up. So What is going on So do you want Us to stand around the Building till You do your Jobs?? I need a response, or Customer Service doesn't Apply for Government People? Taking after the other Politics.
I applied for social security retirement benefits on September 30th ,2015 and have not received your decision yet.
How long it takes to get the result?
I will appreciate your feedback.
WHY DOES THIS OFFICE WORK ONLY 27 HOURS WEEK? THATS PART-TIME BY MOST EMPLOYER STANDARDS, W H Y ???

You sorry pieces of shit closed your doors in my 90 year old fathers face as he was walking up to get a replacement social security card. HOW DARE YOU!!! He is a WWII veteran and you have spit in his face and the service to his country. All of you should be fired and put in jail. I am ashamed of this government!!!
My 45 year old daughter had a stroke that left her in a wheelchair 9 months ago. She applied for SSI, EBT card and SSDI - she is living with her sister along with her special needs teenager totally dependent on what we can help her with. I am shocked at the horrible treatment she has received from SSA. NOT ONE DOLLAR has been given to her to help her feed herself and her child. She needs full time care as does her daughter. I'm a 65 year old grandmother. My income is limited.
