The WWII prisoners of war were treated better than today's taxpayers at this office. The rent-a-cop security is surly and over the top at being nasty.

I applied for my part B Medicare & sent it via Certified Mail on 1-3-18 to start my benefits by 2-1-18 & to date have not received anything back. I've tried to call several times but each time the wait is over 90 minutes & I work during their business hours. The only way to find out is to take off work & go in.

Worthless. This is a classic example of government. The employees couldn't care less. This entire office moves in very slow motion. I think about how much better off I could have been all these years buying my own long term care insurance and retirement fund. What a tragedy that America ever believed in this Ponzi scheme. Hopefully, this will be privatized before it goes bankrupt and my kids can avoid having to deal with Social Security, which is neither social nor security.

I sent in a form and request for a new SSN card for my son Benjamin Carlson - how can I check and see if it is being processed? The document said it would take 7-10 days and I think we're past that time? Thank you,
