My son and I were at this office and waited for over 2 hours we got there at 10:45 and left at 1:45 and some people were there at 9am, and hadn't been seen yet. I know it's a busy office but to have to sit and wait hours and hours to ask a simple question is beyond reason. People were getting up and leaving. This is my government agency and I and everyone else deserve better.
