On July 21st, I received a letter from the SSA in Sanford letting me know that I have a review for my daughter SSI case on 08/04/21. I've been calling everyday since I got the letter , just to let know that they had the wrong telephone number .Today was the appt. date, and nobody called me.
I received a letter from the SSA letting me know that I will have a review on 8/4/21 for my girls SSI. It was a telephone review, but they had the wrong phone number. Since the letter came to my house 7/21/21, I've been calling every day to give my new phone number, nobody even answer my messages. Today I've been waiting for that call, and nobody did call me.
This apparently is a computerized office with no email address?
We have moved from SD to AZ on 1/4/21 and I need to change our address. I have accessed the Medicare web site and the SSA web site but the link to change the address does not work. Also, there is no phone number to contact the Apache Junction office to set up an appointment to do so.
Customer Service Rep Veronica Ortega ext 18735 screwed up my check & won't return calls!! Supervisor Ms. Diaz at ext 18752 does not return calls either!! 866-296-8270
Very poor help
Trying to make an appointment and national number keeps telling me that no one is available and hangs up. I'm supposed to "call back later".
This office is condusive to its population which is convenient as compared to other SSAdmin officies!
Anywhere else...you need to pack a lunch and expect
to be there all day! And the staff is less stressed to deal with! Thank you AJ!!!!
It's size of business is condusive to its population, which makes it alot better than other SSAdmi

For my phone interview to change survivor benefits I spoke with Brooke in Apache Junction. Her phone call was right on time and she was very helpful in completing application process. I did take my marriage certificate to the location and Brooke was who I saw. She was still very helpful and professional in addition to being personable. My benefits came through within days. I was very pleased with what could have been a stressful situation.
