I went into the Oceanside office to cancel my medicare. The gentleman at window 4 gave me the form I needed. He helped me fill it out. I put it in the slot provided there. Next thing I know I'm getting a letter about me asking about drug prescription monitary aid. I'm fully covered by the V.A. I am a disabled vet
I have had ongoing trouble with social security trying to get my monthly benefits!!! supposedly going into a Direct Deposit card. I am 83 and need the payments, over the phone I was told they could cut me a check, met with total indifference and no cheque at this office. most of the windows were closed at 3:30. I now am left with no revisions on my file and no money. A totally confused office. Why on earth would anyone not look into a check payment to an 83 year old who now can't buy food, let alone pay the rent??
