anyone in person. Boy have you folks crashed! No customer service... because no picks up and calls are dropped... You suck! Is this a Biden thing?

this is one very terrible SSA office i have ever been to. SSA representatives collect your information and go through your personal data without making any significant process or to proceed with your claim. Don’t waste your time at this location. To be on the safe side, protect yourself from identity theft, identity fraud, & scammers from those who lack work ethic. you should contact the national SSA office at this number, 800-772-1213 & avoid contacting this local SSA office on Moultrie Rd. in St. Augustine.

Good luck getting anyone to answer the phone. Tried to return their call about a Medicare issue. Was on hold for 2 hours before they disconnected the call.

I have tried reaching the Saint Augustine office since 9 this morning by phone. I can't make an appointment until someone answers the phone. All I want is to request a replacement SSN card, which I cannot do online because of how my driver's license lists my name. I hope someone answers the phone soon. I have been holding for an hour and 19 minutes.
