I have been attempting to fax information requested and only get a busy signal on the fax line. This is not helpful or useful.
Hi there every month I would like to get 2,900.00 in my wells Fargo bank account payment homeown my father when to vacation
Ed from the St Paul office has been trying to reach us at our home number 651 765 0958 for additional information regarding an application for Jenna Larson. Because the number is anonymous, out system is not allowing the call through to the phone, it is going directly to voice mail. We have changed the settings, but the call still did not come through.
An alternate number would be 651-428-0958 or email & we can set up a time
Two problems render this local office inaccessible: first there is no number to call to make an appointment, as referenced in other comments. I've been on the phone waiting to simply get an appointment at the posted national number for forty five minutes, still on hold. Second, you identify two addresses for the same office: one off of Mears Park, and one on Minnesota Street. Which is it. There is nothing to indicate which is the correct address....
No local number is a major frustration. The 800 has over 1 hour wait and then says, you cannot schedule an appointment.
While the web site says "You can schedule an appointment by calling us"
My son who has over the years received monthly disability has now turned 18 years old, and his benefits have been cut off. What can he do in order to continue receiving his benefits. Also is there some type of housing available to him due to his disabilities?
I'm having great trouble getting in contact with my local St. Paul or Minneapolis office regarding critical questions FROM the social security administration on my application! Now I see numerous reviews indicating that others have had the same problem-no published local number.
The National Office is telling is to call our local office, not understanding why we didn't do that in the first place. There appears to be a disconnect. I suggest that you change your contact instructions on this website to increase efficiency and support applicants with timely compliance.
Where is your local number. I've been on hold with the national number provided for over an hour. You need to be accountable, we should be able to dial locally and talk to to a person. You need to make more user friendly websites.
The address given by Google is NOT accurate. They are temporarily at a different location. AND, one cannot get a local number to call. Would it be that difficult to have a recorded message at a local number to give address and directions???? It takes an hour wait on the national number just to get them.
Your hours are too limited.
For people working, they need
late afternoon and Saturday hours
available.
I sent my passport to the St. Paul social security office over 2 weeks ago in order to receive a duplicate card. I have not received it back and cannot call. This is not acceptable.
It is very frustrating that no local number is given for the St. Paul offices. I have questions I would like to ask but am unable due to lack of a published local number. ARGH!!!
I can't figure out how to contact the St. Paul Social Security office by phone to schedule an appointment. The number given is a national number with very limited options.
Have spent many days on hold, then being hung up on several times! Please help I’m disabled!!
