Overall rating of this office:My school email is not working and I have no phone. I have been trying to make an appointment for weeks to resolve an issue stalling my payments, and cannot get any help. You cannot walk in, especially if you are homeless because of this mistake and have no vehicle. You are making it impossible for me to get a ride to you due to the appt. requirements. How many lives can you destroy before you care?
I Jeffrey Heflin. I am tired that your office does not seem to care about the issue about me. Where is my appeal that was sent to you. Taking money ffrom me since May! DO YOUR JOB!

Employee and supervisor were unpleasant and rude, expect me to do their job, do not follow their rules or guidelines. Was given a 30 day wit period for an answer....well that was up last week, and I still have no answer. Please hire people who actually work and are pleasent
