I have called three times and left my number for a call back. Never Got one. I am on the phone as I write this waiting for a rep.

I was told I could get not get an appointment before mid April, but would get a phone call on March 16th at 10.30.
I waited for the call which never came. Later I checked my missed call from earlier days I found a reminder that I was expected at the office on the date & time I expected the phone call. Now I am having trouble getting through to the office. I was told miss information & now am not sure when I will get through. In the mean time my problem ( Income ) has been put on indefinite old.
