The most inept dept., in the government. The VA can't even compete. Speak to several people, no one tells you the same story. Leave messages are told you will get a call back in 24 hrs., NO CALL! Are told "I promise I will get back to you tomorrow" NEVER HAPPENED! was told (this is one is rich) "YOU NEED TO GO DOWN TO THE UDICA OFFICE AND TELL THEM TO HAND INPUT THE CHECK (S) THEY OWE YOU"

I have been trying to call and not able to get through. I need a letter stating what the award for the year 2018 Social Security monthly award statement is for my bank and I need it by as soon as possible. Can someone help me so I can supply it to my bank thank you Cindy
