My wife went to this office in Lakewood, Ohio to have them fix her birth date in the Medicare system. She received the worst customer service by a big fellow who was very unprofessional. This type of employees make this office looks very bad. Unfortunately she did not get his name.

I am on my husband's medical insurance and may remain until he retires, which is another 5 years.
I turn 65 in 9 days. Do I need to do anything at this
time regarding social security?
Tried calling the phone number but the options did
not entail this question even remotely and gave up.
