This office is a joke. Everyone is back to work except you clowns. We pay you paychecks. Now earn it and open the offices up.

Tried for four months to reach some to help. My wife haven’t received her check all these months. No one helps or cares. Fire them all get good workers who will help.

Waited 25 minutes got and operator told her my issue. Ask me if I could have a phone appointment I said yes. She said please wait an hung on me. This is the second time I had been hung up on. Lazy do nothing office.

Very rude on phone call to make an appointment! Rep just wanted to argue with me. if this were a business, I would never use them! Who knew that making an appointment would be so complicated. Hung up without an appointment.

I didn't go in but called for an appointment. The phone rep was extremely rude and I told him so. At, that point all he wanted to do was argue with we. Recently there has been so much turnover at Sandusky OH local SSA. Everyone I was used to dealing with is gone; staff working is so overworked that they are rude by verbal and body language. I would have gave it a few months ago a 4+ stars. They need more help or new help. I basically got pushed off for something very important and appointments not until December. I even asked if it could be worked on and then mailed to me, she printed out a few papers which meant absolutely nothing for what I was asking.
