Overall rating of this office:I need your email or whatever you require to change from direct express to green dot bank account... PLEASE ADVISE!!!
I'm trying to get your information so I can submit my bank account information for direct deposit... My check is currently going to Direct Express and I would like to change it to greendot, I have all the information but I'm sure you don't want me to tell you on here lol, their asking for an email address so they can send the information but I figured I'd save them the trouble and email my routing and account information directly to your office.
Please advise on current policies regarding this matter.

I called the National number 1-800-772-1213 and was waiting for someone to answer my call for 25 minutes. The music clicked off, I kept saying Hello, and the next thing I know I am listening to a dial tone. I was hung up on after 25 minutes. Our tax dollars at work...NOT.

Wanted to charge me 52$ to talk to someone!!!!!!~ Also wanted to text me information! I cannot be reached by text-- have a land line phone!!! Need Son's declaration of income income in order for him to apply for housing. HUH??????
