I have a nephew who we contacted FLESCHNER, STARK, TANOOS & NEWLIN ABOUT. MYNEPHEW IS 58 YEARS OLD AND HAS LIVED WITH HIS FATHER UNTIL ABOUT TWO MONTHS AGO WHEN HIS FATHER DIED. RICHARD EUGENE TAYLOR IS MY NEPHEWS NAME AND HE LIVES WITH ME NOW AT1216 KIRKLAND AV. MY PHONE IS 615-226-3195. I DID NOT KNOW THAT THEY HAD SENT THE FORMS TO RICHARD AND HE SENT THEM BACK, JAN.3-2021. RICHARD HAS HAD A STROKE SOME TIME IN HE PAST FEW YEARS AND HE CAN'T SPEAK TO THE POINT THAT YOU CAN UNDERSTAND HIM. HE HAS HAD SORIAS (SKIN INFECTION FOR YEARS FROM HIS HEAD TO HIS TOES. HE CAN BARLEY WALK DUE TO THE CONDITION OF HIS FEET. THAT IS WHY I HAVE TO STEP IN AND HELP WITH HIS CONDITIONS. I AM73 YEARS OLD AND DEAF WITHOUT HEARING AIDS AND FOR THE PAST YEAR I HAVE HAD A STINT PUT IN MY LEFT LEG AND THEN ANOTHER STINT AND THEN IN THE PAST 3 MONTHS HAVE HAD VEINS TAKEN FROM GROIN AND SPLICED INTO MY LEFT LEG. I GO TOMORROW FOR SCAN OF FLOW. I WAS IN THE HOSPITAL FOR 4 DAYS ABOUT 1 MONTH AGO TO CHECK MY HEART. I AM SAYING HE CAN'T TALK AND I CAN'T HEAR AND WE HAVE ALL THESE PAPERS TO FILL OUT BUT HE CAN'T REMEMBER AND I DON'T KNOW. HIS MOTHER, MY SISTER LIVES IN PHONEIX FOR HEALTH REASONS SO WHEN I SAW NO CONTACT WITH YOU AFTER WE WOKE UP TO THE SNOW AND IT HAPPENED TO BE A HOLIDAY AND MY PHONE AND INTERNET SERVICE WAS OUT, I HAD A SINKING FEELING. TOMORROW I GO FOR LEG TEST BUT I REALLY NEED TO TALK TO SOMEONE. [email protected]
