Overall rating of this office:visited Friday Dec. 30 and was told could not apply for child auxiliary benefits without a appointment, clearly states on social security website no appointment is required! Then ask about a payment that was shown on myssa website and he argued with me about me not seeing it correctly and that no payment has been made, left went to bank and they showed payment coming via direct deposit on 1/3/2017.
Not at all polite, very unprofessional!!!!!!!!
