Had the opportunity today to call your Office in Marinette, Wisconsin. Lisa was the one who answered and I just wanted to say that despite my son's current situation I believe that Lisa has been the most professional and understanding person that I have dealt with in a long time. She was able to be firm with me and cut thru all of the rhetoric that I was trying to share with her. Got straight to the point and told me what I needed to do for my son. I do not know how long she has been doing this type of work, but I would strongly suggest upper management utilize her talents with the more tougher clients like myself and my son. Thank You again.
