I am trying to make an appointment for the Glendale, AZ office, but no one ever answers the phone. Can someone please e-mail me about setting up an appointment. Or if this office will be open on Monday February 20th, 2023.

I need to make an appointment to withdraw from Medicare part B

SSA won't open after all else is open because of c19 "reasons" even after everything else is opening back up-even theme parks. They expect me to trust the mail with all of our important docs because of THEIR mistake in the first place. Whenever I call to see if they've finally opened up, they are rude. I'd give negative stars if I could for their rudeness & expectations that I should jump hoops to fix their mistake.

I have what should be a simple question to ask but I can't talk to anyone. On hold message says 2 hour wait. What? Can't you put me on a call back list so I don't have to be inconvenienced by staying on hold for so long? Poor government decisions.

There is only an 888 # and a long wait on the telephone. I tried to sign up for Medicare part B at the same time I signed up for Medicare. My employer has laid me off while on disability on Friday October 25th. My benefits will end on October 31st, 2019, so this is an emergency.

I patiently waited and a young woman told me to call the Glendale SSA office directly, I asked her for the number and she said 888 and then disconnected me. This is after having waited for over 55 minutes.

This operator should be reassigned something where she uses a broom and hammer, instead of a phone. Apparently she has an IQ lower than 70 points...
