Because the local office phones have been inoperative I'm unable to fix issues, hence, two months no money. Call the big number and it's, "oh well, gotta call local." Tell them the phones down, they say keep trying. Been trying since 9 am, 67 calls today to local office, 24 to main number and it's 2 pm. GRRRR!,

To the employees of SS Matthew 18:06 and mark 9:52 and luck will remind you in 17:1-2 God is faithful I knew I wasn’t the only one going through this .

Placed the call at Mon Oct 4 15:10:05 2021
After 23 minutes of listening to the same recording, the phone started ringing as if to connect me to an agent.
It continued to ring
After an hour on the line - 31 minutes of it listening to the phone ring (over 300 times!!) - and 10 minutes beyond the office closing time, I gave up.

This is unacceptable.

A little disappointing. I went to change my name and I wrote the way I wanted and I repeated to the lady more than once and my card came wrong. Today I went to the office and the same lady take care of me again and she refused to change, well make the correction because my licence is not with the same name, of course if my social security card is wrong how can I spend money to change my license and then change it again. It not make sense, very disappointed. I guess I need to visit other office.

After reading the reviews I am very hesitant to assist my friend with obtaining a social security replacement card. This is very sad. To think I work to for the salaries of employees that don't care about the Public in which they are supposed to serve is a shame. Why does this lack of service and assist be allowed to go on. I would be fired from my job.

I came into the office on 01-04-2019, the young lady that was at the desk was busy talking on her personal phone to what seamed like a boyfriend from the conversation, she pointed me to a kayos and after seating down I noticed a sign that said I could bypass that kayos, I when't back to her and waiting for her to stop talking she look at me as if I were bothering her. I asked her about the sign and she told me to set in a line that was for people that were getting replacement cards. When i was called to go see someone, he acted like I was nothing him. but I ordered a replacement card and still have not received it. I have tried to call numerous times to with no luck,(the system that is in place dose not work. It has been a month and I hope my SS card is not somewhere, If I find that it is where someone can have accuses to my number besides me. I will sue the shit out of someone, This Gatlin location needs to looked at by a investigator to see how its being ran. If anyone knows how to contact them let me know. I work 7 to 3:30 am not able to get to their location by 4.

I'm 60 years old, and would love to know whether I'm could file for social security benefits without penalty. And if I had what would have been the penalty.
And has there been penalties how would I have known how to calculate my penalties, and how do I know my total earnings for all the years that I had paid into social securities, and how do I go about knowing to calculating how much my social security retirement earnings may pay to me after I'd retired?
Thank you.
