I was in the office on 7/10 appt 9am with Miss Green cubicle 13. At that time I needed a certified copy of my divorce decree and my bank account number. I left and went to clerk office and obtained it. I came back to office and your facility was closing. I got a large envelope from the guard and wrote my name , social ss# and what envelope contained. The guard advised me he would put into the mail slot as I could not go back in. I called today 7/22 and the person I spoke to could not locate any of that info. I am wanting to know if I could get a response from Miss Green as to whether or not she received my info. It was the only copy I got from clerks office. I was told the longer I would take getting it the longer I would have a delay in receiving my ss check.
Could I please get a response on this issue as I will have to take off of work again to go and get another copy.

I have a weird problem and have been trying to reach you for 3 hours. Please call me at 847 695 4931 or...Tell me what I am suppose to do!!! You wont cash the check I sent! I cant pay my bills as other checks will bounce!

I have a phone interview on 3-13-14. I received a letter w/ a return envelope reminding me of that appointment. Is there anything that I need to mail back to SSA before my appointment? I gave my SS# at the time I made the appointment. I would think that is all that is needed. Please reply ASAP, thanks
