I need to Cancel my appointment for 11:00 am today, February 18, at the Union Social Security office. I have called 2 times and waited for a half hour total but I cannot reach anyone to cancel this appointment.

Need help to have a paper that shows I wasn't working in New Jersey when I was living as a student between the years of 1975-1984! It is very difficult to find the page on line about this and I need this paper for my penson in Cyprus ! Im not an American Citizen but I have a social security number! I have two children born in NJ with Amercan Passports and this is the reason that they are asking about this paper ! pls help me thank u! I can send you my social security number!
Our family had a wonderful experience with both intake specialist and benefits specialist. Although this office has high volume, they were very empathetic, and helpful in revising benefits due to the recent death of our father. We did not have a preset appointment, but we were helped expeditiously, which was very comforting during our family's time of grief. I can't thank this wonderful employees of social security enough for making a difficult time much more comforting.
