I am sure that I fell for a text scam yesterday. I called my local office to report this and was told to call the Inspector Generals office, so I will do that after I get off the phone TRYING TO REACH Direct Express at THE only phone number you can call if you use the the Social Security debit card. Every time I call the phone number I am on hold for HOURS........LITERALLY! Can,t the administration do SOMETHING to make this process easier?

I wish to change our home address. We sold our home and purchased another.
Should I write you a letter with these changes? Thank you

My husband passed on Jan.19th. 2017.. I applied for widow's benefits in Feb. 2017. I still have no word about this as of July 10, 2017. They say it's in the payment center for two months now... what now? Could someone tell me what's happened?

On December 1st or December 2nd ,2016 I contacted Social Security to receive documents.. I needed one on how much money I get every month for the months of 2016 for my subsidized housing in Dayton Ohio.and a letter stating that I was disabled and when it was determined and until now. She took the information and said she would mail it out but I'm not sure when and if she did how can I get these mailed. and I'm not sure if I spoke to a lady and another state or if I spoke with somebody and the Dayton area.s I i will also e mail this to the Dayton Ohio offices as well... But I need to change my address that I gave her. I told her it was 115 Snowshoe Trail Unit 10 but actually it's 1105 Snowshoe Trail. Can somebody please return my email with the right information for me to do or to let me know that it's been taken care of.? My mailing address should be Robyn Carlton 1105 Snowshoe Trail Unit 10 West Carrollton Ohio 45449... or you can reach me on a landline area code 937 262-5878.. Thank you very much and have a blessed day
