Very rude and disrespectful agents at this location.

What is the number to the Medford office? Not the toll free. The direct number? I want to make an appointment for retirement benefits. I don't want to mail the original documents to apply.

This office is a total and complete nightmare. They cut off my SSDI in February of 2021, erroneously. I filed a complaint with the office of Public Inquiry, called my Congressman, etc. I was returned to paid Status on October 1, 2021, but they still have not paid me. The woman handling my case has never called me back since our appointment on March 25th of 2021. I have now been on hold for 3.5 hours listening to the phone ring. It is ridiculous. If they are closed then say that. They also DO NOT offer appointments to anyone if you can manage to get through on the phone and the Main Line number just tells you to call the local office. It is a travesty. Meanwhile despite having worked my whole life I cannot access my SSD because the staff can't seem to do their jobs.......meanwhile, it is very likely that I will end homeless because no one will help me.

Have been trying to call for weeks--no one will answer and my phone runs out of charge--terrible service and I need help.I was told I was quilified for part B and filled out info for low income and you just throw the paper work away.

As directed by someone at the national SS office, I have been trying to reach someone in the Medford office. However, I have waited hours on hold and my phone call is NEVER answered!!! How do I get in touch with you? How are you earning your salary if you don't respond to phone calls? What do I do now???

Have been trying since June 20th 2021. Sit on phone for hours! Application on line says my bank acct. # is to long. Won't let me update. It's the same account # my wife gets her deposits on . Was on phone 2 hrs with the 800# . She couldn't fix it. And you want to take care of our healthcare & school!

WHEN I CALL THEY PUT ME ON HOLD AND WHEN THEY FINALY COME TO THE PHONE THE MUSIC IS PLAYING WHILE THEY TRY AND TALK TO ME, THIS MIND GAME IS COMING FROM YOUR CORPERATION. HOW MANY OTHER PEOPLE ARE BEING MESSED WITH. THIS WILL STOP AND THE COURT ROOM WILL GET EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU. THIS IS MENTAL ABUSE IN SO MANY WAYS. The phone # 1-800- 772-1213 may be to the Medford Social Security but after waiting more than two hours the employees responsible to answer calls do not pick-up Tried to get on internet but could not find the topic wife draw on social security from husband is still alive based on his higher social security and her less social security. When so many are working with customers since March 2020 it seems Social Security is like teachers not wanting to work.

I need to have a more experienced worker handle a annual review for a special needs trust. The current one, out of Medford office, DAN, is not getting it right. Due to COVID, I can not go in, and they want me to phone the National number with thousand year wait. I have supplied her with what she wanted, a few months back, not she wants total freedom to go into my autistic daughter's records, and she wants her, to sign permission. She can not do that, as I am the trustee, not her. And, all records are already at SS, since the trust began, for their approval. She has the trust amount going directly to my daughter, but it goes to a trust. She is messing this up, and it will take me forever to correct. Plus, she is threatening to discontinue her SSI benefits. She pays 1/3 of her trust each month in taxes, which is actually more than she gets. Reason, to keep all programs in place, and she qualifies as a special needs trust to have it this way. All the t's are crossed and all the i's are dotted. This worker is not suitable and I want to request a more experienced staff person. Thank you.

i was wondering why i was cut 44 $ short, since february .i never got a notice that i was going to be cut. from 960 to 916 a month . what going on here

Tell me why a employee of the.medford Oregon social security administration was approved.for.benefits the first time they applied. Also tell me how this is not a case of deferential treatment because they were a social security administration employee.
