Overall rating of this office:I call the local number and it just goes in a continuous loop asking me if I know the extension of the person I want to speak to. I don't know the extension. then it asks to dial by name. I don't have a name either. Then, it gives you the option for the directions.
Can I make an appointment online?
I had requested a stop pay on my electronic deposit due to the account being froze because of i had become a victim of fraud. the rep I spoke with said her name was Diana and assured me she had taken care of it and it would take 7 to 10 days for me to get the check in the mail. Long story short nothing was done and i have lost my monthly payment due to the failure of this office and it's employee to due their due diligence. If I could grade this office with a negative score it would be a minus 10
I need help with 2 SSI residents that are now nursing home residents and in getting applied income added to MeSave so I can bill out claims to Medicaid
