Government offices are the worst with customer service! BUT especially for people with disabilities. They make us wait outside in the Texas heat or the cold with no chairs or accommodations. The wait is ridiculous, why make a big building if not for the disabled? No its just for the employees it seems and the securityguards who seem to take pleasure in being dismissive and don't seem to want to provide information for what is needed. It's constant with you need this that and back and forth. Knowing some people have intellectual disabilities and then live on a budgeted income with older vehicles and no enough gas to get around. What a terrible way to treat people with disabilities. Then we wonder why the world treats them so badly, just following the footsteps of the government offices.
This people are great workers...very knowledgeable, very polite, very patient, and very fast . These people do not act like regular government workers.
