I am virtually deaf, don't use phones and cannot carry on a conversation w/ someone without writing materials. My SSI has been stopped as well as my food stamps. I'm having a hard time connecting with anyone.. probably stopped due to no address. New address: 2711 NE Andresen in Vancouver, WA 98661. Please re-issue. I can always be reached at this email, I am homeless. Thank you.
