Overall rating of this office:On the copy you made of my birth certificate was written all 9 digits instead of last 4. Now that probably can't be changed,although I would like to,,I know it is in secure storage, but don't you run out room if you keep it on file for 20-30 years and are getting more each year?
I have been receiving phone calls from this number: 785-363-3694. I have received phone calls at least 10 times in the past week stating that there is suspicious activity with my SSN. I did not pick up nor did I reply. I would think this is a scam. If my SSN is being used, would you contact me at my home phone. Please get back to me ASAP. 720-328-3865.
I want to change the withholding percentage on my deposit. Do I need an appointment to do so?
