My wife, Nancy Wiseman, gave out her SSN to a Phishing e-mail claiming to be Apple ID. Apple recommended we report the incident to the nearest SS Office which is in Fairfax, Virginia. What other actions do I need to take, and do I need to come in. My (Brett) cell is 757-771-3146, hers is 757-771-1188. Thank you, Brett

My account access has been blocked. I spoke with and agent who indicated that I had put a block on my information and that I was required to go to a Social Security office to rectify the situation.
I have just recently moved to Loudon County however I would prefer to deal with it here since this is where I first applied for Social Security.
In my discussion with the agent he indicated that I had put a block on my account.
I have no recollection of knowingly doing so nor do I have any reason for doing so.
I would like to rectify the situation and remove the block.
Thank you

We have not received our May benefits. William P. Thompsen and Anne M. Thompsen.
Our insurance is cancelled and we have nothing.
