This office sucks , no one answer calls , 20 mins hold music and disconnect , spoke with 3 differrnt people since june for my benefit , was told I will get letter in mail back in july no letter , online application status still pending review since july 15th , in person office is closed. Illigal people getting all kind of benefit while i can't vet my legal benefit for 6 months and no way to talk to person and check status. I have to go through lawyer and you will pay for his fees.

I cannot visit my local office due to pandemic restrictions. I have tried to call them, but must go through the national toll free number and subsequent voice mail. I've been disconnected while on hold without speaking to a human. Why is there no local number available?

Telephoned for enrollment into full Medicare w/AARP medigap. Caseworker set up appt. At time of appt., 2nd caseworker refused me Medicare enrollment in spite of turning 65, & instead, barked off a barrage of questions to inquire about income & credit. SSA knows I have been severely debilitated from 8 yrs. old due to defective vaccine, which left me maimed & diseased for life. 2nd caseworker stopped all SSI payments, sent a letter to extort close to $2,000 & stole at least $100 from my bank acct. Have been receiving SSI from 1991 onward, when mother applied on my behalf. Now I have no income or any outside source of income -- & still am not enrolled in Medicare, which is preventing me to receive life-saving medical treatments. SSA canceled all of my medical treatments -- & now, all income. Had I not answered phone to speak w/second caseworker, I would still have monthly stipends & money they stole from my account. Both parents are dead, so no source of income at present. Because I have been severely infirm & debilitated from age 8 yrs. old, I am supposed to be receiving benefits on father's social security. I am now forced to relocate back to Greater DC region to sleep in car & hosp. ER's to meet w/law professors & govt. officials to sue the SSA. Both caseworkers engaged in misconduct, obviously & violated ADA besides having other persons impersonate me, while inpatient & residing in another state. So far, one lawyer has contacted me. I have already contacted SSA OIG by email. Even though I am extremely infirm & unable to receive medical treatment, I am forced to compile a portfolio of documents to demonstrate how SSA employees continue to violate the rule of law. SSA has been sued numerous times, including by its own employees in a class-action lawsuit for abuse, mistreatment & discrimination, causing the taxpayers to pay out hundreds-of-millions-of-dollars in compensation & restitution. SSA caseworkers have been repeatedly documented as taking advantage of the blind beneficiaries by cheating them out of their benefits. At least one caseworker in NJ was convicted of taking bribes. Because of SSA caseworkers in Mt. Laurel, I will be forced to pay Medicare late fees & penalties. Already "Self-Pay" patient due to caseworkers. Hire attorney, because caseworkers engage in severe forms of abject misconduct, including breach of faith, breach of trust, banking & insurance fraud, conspiracy, racketeering, & identity theft -- in addition to abject violations of ADA. SSA Deputy Commissioner in Trenton, NJ already telephoned me on at least 4 separate occasions & advised me to hire an attorney, because my civil liberties clearly violated. Once caseworker makes a determination, it's impossible to undo w/out lawyers, who are professors at top univ. Caseworkers continue to abuse & mistreat disabled & infirm persons, esp. female children & women, suffering from severe forms of juvenile autoimmune disease. The atypical measles virus contained w/in vaccine causes lupus & vasculitis of the colon. Delivery system of vaccine delivers the measles pathogen directly to colon & adjacent organs. Also causes neurological damages (brain damage). The 1964 live-virus measles vaccine is a high-titer vaccine, containing a much higher percentage of pathogen, plus toxic adjuvants not used in the less dangerous 2 booster shot vaccine used today. Beware! Since the offices are not open, SSA caseworkers can do anything & everything w/impunity. Hire a representative to contact SSA directly in Baltimore, Md. before you find yourself in a horrific quagmire, which will definitively exacerbate your illnesses & infirmities. I made a mistake by contacting office for Medicare. Instead I should have simply hired an attorney. Do not trust these caseworker. Check out "lawsuits against SSA." Quite interesting & informative. See how your tax dollars are being spent to compensate the victims. If SSA performed their duties w/integrity, these tax dollars could be used to accommodate the disabled & elderly. So much waste & immense suffering caused by SSA. In the process, SSA destroying lives of educated, skilled disabled & infirm persons by employing felonious acts of malfeasance. Hire a representative & don't contact by phone due to the greater ability of these caseworkers to commit felonious misconduct w/impunity. Can you imagine a caseworker or 2 caseworkers conspiring together to directly enter your bank acct. to steal your disability benefits, after receiving these benefits for a good 30 yrs.? Do not speak to anyone by phone. Instead hire a representative to directly communicate w/SSA. As for Medicare, contact SHIP of NJ before SSA caseworker(s) can cause you irreparable harm. Do not contact local SSA offices to speak to caseworker. These caseworkers are either totally dysfunctional or engaging in visceral acts of malfeasance.

I have to have the card asap in order to get into a Medicare Supplement & Prescription Plan, I am a diabetic and I have no coverage. Are the offices open now.

This is crazy..I’ve made three appointments over the phone so my son can speak to someone so he can handle his own money..was told this can be done over the phone..no one calls...they have several numbers to reach him..you try to do things the correct way and you get pushed around..this system is broken and they need someone looking over things..this is people lives....

I wish to know WHY I was just told that I AM NOT ALLOWED to do ANYTHING on line. I MUST go to the SS Office only. Someone attempted to hack my SS account but they were NOT successful.
My opinion is that I am being punished by SS Security for not immediately running over to the SS Office.

Geraldine Cooperman wrote on 27.02.2020 and gave a rating 4 of 5:

This office has caused me a lot of trouble. I am a 74 year old legally handicapped woman with a handicapped adult son. Someone took my information last year from a dental office in Washington Twp. She tried to create a "fake" me. You would think that this SS Office would help. But this Officer Gomez expects me to "drop everything" and run over to SS in an instant. Now I have been told that I AM NOT ALLOWED to do anything on line. Reason why? I did not instantly drop everything to run over to Social Security when Officer G wanted me there . Was it about my ID or SS that was taken -- "NO" not at all. The thief NEVER online!

Geraldine Cooperman wrote on 27.02.2020 and gave a rating 4 of 5:

I have had trouble with this Office with a Capital "T". A woman in a dental office TOOK my information (2 years ago) and caused Trouble BACK THEN. NOTHING has happened since then. I just received a message from a "police" officer there at SS and did NOT Run right down there for two days. These people told me that I am NOT ALLOWED to go on line. I MUST go to Social Security IN PERSON. I went to the Police two years ago. NOTHING has happened since then. Social Security did NOTHING two years ago to help. Their actions are OVERKILL now.

My Visit to the Social Security today was NOT in my opinion successful. I am a 74 year old legally handicapped elderly lady. I was TOLD by their representatives that I """MUST"""""" come to Social Security in person. THEY REFUSED TO SEND ME MY CHECKS TO MY HOME!!! I WILL MAKE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT TOMORROW. I have a RIGHT to conduct business "ONLINE>"

G Cooperman wrote on 25.02.2020 and gave a rating 4 of 5:

When someone steals your social security information, they punish you by not allowing you to be online. They tell you that YOU have to physically come into the office to do everything.
