The attitudes of the people who work at this office are just awful they appear to be only focused on taking away benefits , instead of helping people, They are very disrepectfull, and there demeaner is one of they have better things to do then help make up for there mistakes. in three weeks they have never returned a single one of my calls

This is the worst and unprofessional group of people i have ever dealt with. They lie constantly, never call back when they promise, and don't forward received paperwork like they should. They have no remorse for there gross incompetence, and because of my disabilities they dangle my life from a string. after three weeks of trying to contact ms. zimmerman i have not received a single call back. I will now have to file an appeal as they are deliberately running me out of time to do so. Friday they promised I would get a call back, I waited by the phone all day and never did. I am contemplating moving to another city to try and avoid there discriminatory and unethical practices

My case number is 1806642. I have filled out numerous forms sent by the Tacoma office which is reviewing my disability. I got another letter from them saying I have not filled out my Activities of daily living log, which I did. They say they have requested it on multiple occasions. That is not true. The only time it was sent to me it was filled out and returned. I have called the Disability adjudicator numerous times and she has never returned my calls. I need somebody to help me.

You need to have an email option or a Chat option for simple questions. Your 800 line is a dump into the federal system voice machine which was useless in providing real help from real people as non of the voice options gave me a chance to ask my question
